The accommodation is located in a village on the outskirts of Limassol on the way to Troodos Mountians. In one of the famous wine villages of Cyprus. It consists of a Suite with garden view and Deluxe queen suite, two separate luxury apartments in a fully renovated, stone-built 3-storey house in the center of the village, designed to give a special touch of relaxation and tranquillity.
The Suite with garden view and Deluxe queen suite may be converted into a 3-storey house, this Boutique house, and offered upon request for reservation for 4 people, for romantic moments and tranquillity!
It is located in the centre of the village and its two coffee shops are not more than 100m walk. The village’s restaurants are within 300m walk. This provides additional relaxation as the use of a car is unnecessary within the village.
The village is a 25 min. drive from the city of Limassol town, 10 min. drive from Omodos village, and 30 min. drive from the mountainous village of Troodos. Additionally, many area wineries are 5 min. drive from the village.
There exists a second property attached included which can be renovated and used as additional rental accommodation thus increasing the income of the property.
