After 4 years of operation, with no experience and a turbulent market, I have decided to give it up and do something else.
The concept and location need cash capital to go to the next level. I don't have it as I made many mistakes in the 3 years. Now, I can't do much without money and I am a little tired after 4 years.
The location has great potential, close to offices and universities.
Its a legendary location with a huge customer base. Used to be the old Sam's food and then became Beirut Lebanese Kitchen.
The location is for sale with all the equipment inside. The concept / name is also for sale, but that would be a different price and negotiation. If you have money and appetite, the brand as value and can and should be developed. However, the location with equipment is for sale at the mentioned price.
